Our commitment
EL-BEL Group is committed to making our website and member platform usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnification, voice control, or keyboard-only navigation.
Standards we target
We design and build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That includes sufficient color contrast, keyboard-operable interactive elements, visible focus states, descriptive labels and alt text, and semantic markup that assistive technology can interpret correctly.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is a continuous process, not a one-time audit. As we add new features across the public site and the member and admin areas, we review them against these standards — but some areas may not yet fully meet them. If you run into a barrier, we want to know about it so we can fix it.
Reporting an issue
If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on this site, please let us know through the contact page with a description of the issue, the page it's on, and the assistive technology or browser you were using. We'll respond and work to address it.
