Careers at EL-BEL Group
Work with us.
Not for us.
EL-BEL Group is a business network — manufacturers, brands, retailers, buyers, vendors, service providers and reps across many categories, on one graph instead of a stack of disconnected lists. Eleven people build it. We're looking for a few more who want to own a real piece of that, not just staff it.
How we work
Four habits that hold the whole thing together.
None of this is a manifesto pinned to a wall. It's just how decisions actually get made here, day to day.
You own the surface
Not a ticket queue. A part of the product with your name on it, end to end.
Written before spoken
Proposals and decisions go in writing first. Meetings are for the parts that actually need a room.
Close to the members
Everyone talks to real retailers and partners — the work stays honest when you can't hide behind a spec.
Small on purpose
We're not hiring our way out of hard problems. A smaller team that's right about more things wins.
What you'd be building
Business moves on trust. We make it legible.
- Member graph
- Every retailer, manufacturer, vendor and rep in the network, modeled as one graph instead of siloed lists — so a fit is something the platform can actually see.
- Reviewed introductions
- A queue, not a form dump. Every partner is reviewed by a person before an introduction is made on their behalf.
- Catalog & offers
- The product and perk surfaces members actually browse — built to stay legible at ten partners and at ten thousand.
- Signals
- Quiet instrumentation across the network — which introductions land, which offers get used — so the next decision has evidence behind it.
Principles
The few things we won't trade away.
- 01
Work with us, not for us
We're looking for people who want a stake in how this gets built — not a manager to report to.
- 02
Quiet technology
The best version of what we build is the version a member never has to think about.
- 03
Earned autonomy, given early
You get the keys quickly. What you do with them is how trust actually gets built here.
- 04
Long horizon
We're building a company meant to still matter in twenty years, and we make decisions like it.
Open roles
Where you could come in
No open positions right now
An empty board is deliberate, not an oversight. The team stays intentionally small, and most roles end up filled from people already in the network — so introducing yourself early is genuinely the fastest route in, not a formality before a “real” posting goes up.
“We'd rather post nothing than post a role we're not ready to fill well.”
Talent network
Tell us what you'd want to own here.
No newsletter, no nurture sequence. We read every one of these ourselves, and we reach out when there's something real to talk about.
